The account setup mostly worked as I expected. I could move around, update details, and check my history without any issues. Still, I ran into a few things here and there that didn’t quite make sense to me. Here’s what I mean.
The registration wasn’t difficult, but it definitely required more upfront information than I’m used to. I don’t mind filling things out, but it felt like the form was trying to get everything done in one go, whereas most sites let you skip some of this and come back to it later. Some steps also felt out of order. Like, why am I choosing to receive bonus offers before I’ve even confirmed my email? It just didn’t flow right.
