How It All Begins

Logging in

Logging in is as simple as it gets. Once you click “Log In,” the window pops up right in the middle of the screen. I just had to type in my email and password, hit the button, and I was back inside. There’s a password reset link too, in case your brain decides to go on vacation.

Verification Doesn’t Have to Be a Pain

I’d say the verification process here is pretty typical. You’ll need to upload some documents, and once that’s done, your account should be good to go. I found the upload section inside the profile under ‘Verification.’ It was easy to spot, and the upload worked without issues. If you’d rather email your documents, that’s also an option — though I stuck to the upload tool.

They say the review takes up to three business days. Mine didn’t drag on too long, but if something’s missing or blurry, it could take longer. I made sure everything was clear before sending it in, just to avoid going back and forth.

Here’s what they asked for:

ID document: Passport, driver’s license, or ID card — and yes, they want to see all four corners. No cropped photos or screenshots.
Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months. Your name and address need to be clearly visible.
Proof of payment method: If you use a card, you might need to send a photo of it with some digits hidden. If you’re using an e-wallet or crypto, they might ask for a screenshot showing your account or wallet address.
