Click a Few Buttons and You’re In

Setting up your account and logging in later is quick and mostly uneventful. To me, everything was clear, and the steps moved along fast enough that I was through it before I even realized it.

There’s a bit of clicking, some basic info to fill in, and then you’re in. Of course, you only go through these things once, and you probably won’t remember it five minutes later.

Registration

The registration process was quite simple, but the sign-up form was quite ugly. To me, it looked like it hadn’t seen a designer, like ever. Not many casinos have an exciting design for their registration process — I mean, why would they? You’ll see that form once and for not even a minute. Still, this one was all grey and lifeless. I kind of hated it.

Apart from my opinion on the design, it was what you’d expect from a sign-up form:

Choose your welcome bonus: There’s a casino deal that offers up to €1500 and 300 free spins, a sports bonus worth up to €500, or the option to skip it altogether. You can also use a promo code if you’ve got one.
Fill in your login details: That includes a username, email address, and password. You’ll also need to tick the box confirming you’re over 18 and agree to the terms. The promo box is pre-selected, so just untick it. You don’t need the spam, trust me.
Add your name, birthdate, and gender: You know, all the usual things.
Finish it off by adding your country, phone number, city, address, and postal code. After that, you can hit the “Create Account” button.

It wasn’t pretty, but at least it was efficient. I think it took me under a minute, and that was pretty cool. I mean, I could explore more of the casino, and I didn’t have to look at the dull form anymore. That’s a win-win situation.

Login

Once you’ve set up your account, logging in will feel even easier. You just have to click a button and off you go. Of course, the button here is black (like everything else), which is something I cannot understand — at least make it pop, so that people can be prompted to sign up/log in.

Here’s what they will ask of you:

Username: Type in the username you registered with (you can log in with email, too, if you forget it).
Password: Pop it in, and if you’re like me and sometimes blank on which password you set, there’s a handy “Forgot your password?” link right below.

When you’ve entered your info, the button will light up green — finally, some color. Hit it, and you’re in. That’s all there is to it.

Verification

Most of the time, you can deposit, play, and explore the site without going through any checks. But once you request a withdrawal or do something that triggers a review, they’ll ask you to verify your identity.

The language they use here is pretty serious, and they’re clearly trying to cover every possible angle. Honestly, the way it’s written came off a bit too intense for me. It felt more like a warning than a routine step.

Here’s what you should expect:

What they’ll ask for: You’ll need to send in a government-issued ID, a passport, or a bank statement. It has to be in English, and they might ask for more than one document depending on the situation.
How they check it: Verification can be handled by a third-party service or through direct contact. You might also be asked to send additional documents if anything seems off.
When problems can happen: Account freezes can happen if your details change, your phone number doesn’t work, or you’ve got activity that sets off red flags like duplicate accounts or mismatched info.
What happens if you skip it: If you don’t complete verification within their timeframe, your account can be closed and your winnings can be confiscated.
What they keep: Once your documents are accepted, they’re stored under the casino’s privacy policy. They don’t give a ton of extra detail, but it looks like the process only repeats if something new triggers it.
