Not Much to Untangle Here

I didn’t expect to have so little to say about this, but honestly, everything was just… clear. The methods were laid out properly, the limits made sense, and there wasn’t anything that left me guessing.

It all felt surprisingly cohesive, which isn’t something I get to say about the payments all that often.

    Deposits and Withdrawals

This is going to be quite short. I mean, everything here is easy to explain. You’ve got credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Skrill if you prefer e-wallets, Paysafecard for the fans of prepaid vouchers, and the usual lineup of crypto, like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and coins like Solana, Dogecoin, and Cardano.

And all of them come with the same €10 minimum, whether you’re depositing or withdrawing. I think this might be the most cohesive payment setup I’ve seen. I’m not going to lie, it’s kind of surprising.

Payment Method Type Min Deposit Min Withdrawal
    Visa / Mastercard Credit Card €10 €10
    Skrill E-Wallet €10 €10
    Paysafecard Voucher €10 €10
    Tether Cryptocurrency €10 €10
    BTC (Bitcoin) Cryptocurrency €10 €10
    ETH (Ethereum) Cryptocurrency €10 €10
    LTC (Litecoin) Cryptocurrency €10 €10
    XRP (Ripple) Cryptocurrency €10 €10
    DOGE (Dogecoin) Cryptocurrency €10 €10
    ADA (Cardano) Cryptocurrency €10 €10
BNB (Binance Coin) Cryptocurrency €10 €10
    SOL (Solana) Cryptocurrency €10 €10

One thing that’s worth pointing out, though, is the withdrawal limits. They’re not hidden in some footnote, and they’re actually pretty generous compared to what I’ve seen in some casinos.

    • Daily limit: €4,000
    • Weekly limit: €16,000
    • Monthly limit: €50,000

Unless you’re cashing out some massive win, you probably won’t bump into those limits. But if you do, there’s a note that higher amounts can be allowed if you’ve got VIP status. They are not very clear on how that works, but it doesn’t hurt to ask customer support about it.

The Terms You’ll Wish You Read Sooner

There are a few things in the terms and conditions that are worth skimming through, even if you usually skip that part (you shouldn’t!). I’m not saying you need to memorize the whole thing, but at least keep these things in mind.

    Refunds

If something goes wrong or there’s a charge you didn’t make, of course you’d want your money refunded. Technically, a refund is possible, but it’s not the easiest thing to do.

    • You’ve got 24 hours to make a request after the transaction
    • If you’re reporting unauthorized account use, you have 30 days
    • Credit card refunds only go up to the amount you deposited

Anything above that will be sent through a different method. Before the refund is processed, bonuses and winnings will be deducted from your balance. And if the final amount doesn’t meet the minimum required by the payment provider, the casino can reject the request. I wouldn’t really count on them to make a refund.

    Dormant Accounts

There’s also a fee to watch out for if your account sits inactive for too long. After 12 months without a login, the site will mark your account as dormant, and this will trigger a €10 monthly fee.

That will continue until your balance runs out or you log back in. I don’t think this is something most players ever deal with, but it’s one of those policies that can catch you off guard.
