The first thing I saw when I opened the site was these five stars (or maybe a knock-off version of them). That made me smile, and not because the name changes or whatever they had to do for copyright reasons. I genuinely like these artists. They’ve shaped music in ways I couldn’t even begin to explain. They’re icons. The kind you don’t forget.
Now the big question is, can this casino hit anywhere near that level of iconic? Well…
When I saw the name, that was the first thing I asked myself. I’ll be honest, the name Neon 54 didn’t mean much to me at first. My mind went blank when I saw it, and I’m usually good at guessing references.
I finally got it after entering the site. The whole thing is obviously a nod to Studio 54, the legendary nightclub from the 70s that was known for its celebrity crowd and music scene. I’m honestly a little mad it took me that long to get it.
I’m still kind of confused about the neon part, though. Like, I can see that there are some neon elements here and there, but they don’t really stand out. To me, it’s more of an adornment than a thing that deserves to be in the title.

So, yes, there are some exciting elements in the casino, but the design of the casino itself is pretty simple. I feel like it could have been a bit more thought-out to kind of match the characters that represent it. Anyway, the color scheme is pretty simple. The background is white, and some parts of the site have this soft gradient that shifts from pale green to white.
Of course, the focal point of the site is the five artists, but I’m thinking of talking about them a bit later in the promotions, as that’s where their importance lies.
About the layout, there isn’t anything too different from the other casinos. It’s all very simple and clean. What I could point out as something sort of different is that there is no side menu here. If you need to access promotions or the casino sections, you can use the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
Besides that, you’ll see the usual footer and game layout. You also have a convenient search bar on top. You will find everything you need. I found the site easy to browse.

There are a lot of games here, and I really mean a lot. The number kind of speaks for itself. There are over 11,000 titles and counting. You’d think that kind of number would make things chaotic, but it doesn’t. The categories are clear, and the layout actually makes it pretty easy to browse. I didn’t feel buried in thumbnails or stuck clicking around just to find something specific. It’s a big collection, but it still feels manageable.
To keep things from turning into a blur of logos and titles, the site splits the catalog into smaller sections. Each one focuses on a different type of game, and they’re all worth checking out, even if you already have a go-to. Here’s what you can expect from some of the categories in the casino:
| Category | Number of Games | Quick Take |
| Slots | 10,000+ | Huge selection with tons of variation in features, formats, and themes. |
| Live Games | 450+ | Smooth streams, solid dealer presence, and multiple language options. |
| Table Games | 200+ | Fast-paced digital versions of classics, good for quick rounds or strategy practice. |
| Bonus Buys | 290+ | Lets you buy straight into the bonus round. Higher risk, but it skips the wait. |
| Megaways | 300+ | Shifting reels with thousands of ways to win. Often high volatility. |
If there’s one thing that felt missing here, it’s the sportsbook. I know not everyone cares about sports betting, and let me tell you, I’m not glued to match stats either, but it still stood out to me. If you like having that extra betting option in the mix, sadly, you won’t be able to find it here.
There are over 15 payment methods here, and they cover all the usual types. I think that the options are just fine. There’s nothing that really stands out. You’ll probably find a method that fits you, but I like it better when there are more options.

I did tell you that I am going to explain the characters here, and I’m sure you already know, but hey, I can still have my moment of mystery. Much like 5 Gringos, there is a variety of welcome bonuses (well, more like 5, but, hey, that’s still a lot of options). Each of the music icons that I’ve been mentioning left and right has a different bonus that comes with it. I don’t know about you, but I can’t with the names (Kriss and Spoon Dog, really?). Anyway, enough with the shits and giggles, here’s what each icon could give you if you choose them:
Sadly, though, the other promotions are not as interesting. You’ll see the same old reloads and cashback promotions. Don’t get me wrong, I still find them decent, I just want something more. Here’s what else you can find in the promo section.

Besides the option to choose from five character-based welcome packages, you can enjoy two reload offers. The weekend promo gives you up to €700 and 50 free spins, as long as you deposit between Friday and Sunday. You’ll need to put down at least €20 to qualify, and you probably guessed it, it comes with a 35x wagering requirement, while the free spins are set at 40x, which is not great, like, at all.
The other offer is the weekly reload, which is a lot more toned down. You’ll get 50 spins if you deposit from Monday to Thursday, but the same minimum deposit and wagering rules apply. Of course, the free spins expire after 7 days, so you have to play them through in a timely manner.

The cashback offers also come in two, but one of them is tied to your VIP level, and the other one is for fans of the live casino games.
The VIP Cashback is available for players in the top three VIP tiers, and the percentage you get depends on your level. This one only applies to slots and regular casino games. Once you opt in, the cashback is tracked weekly and credited automatically. You’ll still have to activate it manually once it shows up in your account, which can be kind of annoying, but at least that part’s easy. There’s also a 1x wagering rule, which is honestly a relief.
| VIP Level | Cashback | Max Amount |
| Level 3 | 5% | €1,000 |
| Level 4 | 10% | €2,000 |
| Level 5 | 15% | €3,000 |
The Live Cashback is much different, though. It’s open to everyone, and you don’t need to opt in. It covers losses on live dealer games only, and it gets calculated at the end of the week. The max here is €200, and the cashback rate is fixed at 25%.
You’ll have to request it manually through support between Monday morning and Sunday night, which can also be annoying, but I guess it’s better than nothing.

There aren’t any sports promotions here. I don’t think that’s shocking to you, considering I already told you that there is no sportsbook here, but I thought I should say something about it.
I kind of missed seeing them. Even a token free bet or a leaderboard now and then helps break things up a bit. It’s not something I always look for, but it does leave a little gap in the promo section that regular bettors would notice right away.
Neon54 is run by Stellar Ltd and licensed in Anjouan. Now, I’m not going to pretend that this is one of the big names like Malta or the UK, or that it makes me feel safe when I see it. It does not. And I do tend to be a bit more cautious when I see it in a casino.
That said, it still means the site has a legal framework behind it, even if it doesn’t carry the same weight as the more established regulators.
If you’re wondering what my problem is with this license, here’s how I see it when it comes to Anjouan:

You’ve got the usual options here, like live chat, email, and a pretty decent FAQ page. You can find the Contact Us section in the footer. To me, it felt organized. There was easy access to the live chat, and the email address was clearly displayed.
That said, I did notice the live chat responses were a bit on the slower side. It wasn’t anything extreme, but I was left waiting longer than I’d prefer, and some of the answers felt a bit too generic. They did answer my questions, though. I didn’t need to write an email, which was nice. I’d say the support system works, but the chat could be a bit sharper in how it handles questions.

I had fun going through this one. The characters made me laugh, and the catalog kept me entertained. I still think the design could’ve gone a little harder, and I really missed seeing a sportsbook. It’s just one of those things that makes a casino feel complete to me, you know.
The support could use a bit of work, and the license doesn’t exactly scream security, but I didn’t feel like anything was risky. All in all, I think it’s a fun casino with some personality, and I’m always up for a place that gives me more than one way to get started.
Is Neon54 Casino safe to play at?
I’m always a bit cautious when I see an Anjouan license. It’s not the strictest one out there, and I usually take a closer look at the terms when I’m dealing with offshore regulators. That said, I didn’t see anything shady while using the site.
Does the platform accept cryptocurrencies?
Yes, it does. I saw several crypto options listed, and while the minimums are higher for some of them, I thought the list was nice.
How many games are available?
There are over 11,000 games, which is definitely on the higher side. I wasn’t blown away by the number itself, but I did like how everything was divided into clear categories. It didn’t feel messy or hard to browse, which was nice to see.
Does the casino offer sports betting?
Nope, no sportsbook here. I’m not the biggest sports bettor, but such a section makes the whole casino feel complete. Like, even a small betting section would’ve rounded out the experience better.
What customer support options are available?
You can reach the support team through live chat or email, and there’s also an FAQ section that covers most of the basics. I found the contact info easy to access, and everything was laid out clearly. The live chat worked fine, though responses weren’t the quickest. Email is also available if you need to resolve a more complicated issue.
