I didn’t run into anything unusual here. Signing up was easy, logging in too, verification is verification, you know. I wouldn’t say any of it stood out in a big way, but there were a few small things that made me pause for a second (and maybe laugh a little).

    Logging in is as basic as it gets. It just asks for your email and password, and it all worked the way it should.

    Is Verification a Difficult Process?

    If you’re prepared, not really. I think that the steps themselves aren’t confusing, but the process can drag out if you’re missing documents or if the ones you send don’t meet their requirements. This process can become really frustrating, really fast, if you leave it to the last minute.

    Here’s what they will ask you to send:

    • A government-issued ID, like a passport or national ID card. It needs to show your full name, photo, date of birth, and an expiry date.
    • A proof of address document, such as a utility bill or a bank statement from the past three months. Your name and current address must be visible.
    • A proof of payment method. This could be a screenshot showing your name on the card or wallet you used to deposit.
    • A bank or credit/debit card statement, especially if they want to confirm ownership and transaction history.

    They give you 30 days to send everything after they ask, and once you do, they usually get back to you in about 10 days. If things get a bit more complicated, though, it might take longer—but honestly, that happens rarely.

    Personally, I’d rather just deal with it early and not have it hanging over me. I’ve seen what a delay here can do. I assure you, it’s not fun at all when you’re waiting to withdraw and they suddenly ask for documents.
