The process did surprise me a little. Some parts in good ways, others not so much. Not everything was as clear as I wanted it to be. Most casinos display this stuff right away, but here, it got a bit difficult at times.
I didn’t get asked for any personal details during registration, so I figured the site would save that for later. And sure enough, as soon as I clicked on a payment method, a pop-up appeared asking for my name, address, and date of birth. The casino wouldn’t let me go any further without it. So yeah, that’s the real start of the KYC process.
Once that’s out of the way, you can choose from all the usual options, like cards, e-wallets, vouchers, and crypto. I noticed that most methods didn’t have any extra fees tacked on, which was really nice to see.

I was actually surprised by the crypto minimums. I think I should’ve learned my lesson not to be surprised by crypto, but I guess that won’t happen. Some coins had low limits, starting from just €5, which is something I see very rarely. On the other hand, Bitcoin asked for €120. The range was quite wide, as you can see. I was totally okay with the non-crypto side, though. €10 is just perfect for me.

You can expect most withdrawals to take up to three days, but that all depends on the method you use. I’ve seen faster, but I’ve also dealt with setups that were way slower. I mean, I would love for my money to show up immediately, but I guess three days does sound reasonable. Maybe I’m a bit too impatient.
You’ll see that the minimum for most withdrawals is €10. That’s as good as it gets, folks. There are some upper limits that you should be aware of, though:
The casino does mention that exceptions could be made to those limits if you are a part of their VIP program. If you are not, though, and you don’t really want to “climb the ladder”, I think the limits are pretty okay. Yes, you probably won’t be able to cash out a huge jackpot in one go, but what do you expect? Even if you were a VIP, I doubt that they’ll let you do that anyway.
I didn’t run into any surprise charges while making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, and that’s always a relief. The casino doesn’t charge fees on regular transactions, which is exactly how it should be. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves, there are still a few things you might want to watch out for.
There’s also the usual disclaimer about taxes and payment provider fees. The casino doesn’t control those, so if your bank or crypto wallet charges you extra, don’t blame them.
