Banking Options and What to Expect

Sportaza does a good job with its payment setup. I think everything’s laid out clearly enough, and most of the info you’ll need is easy to find. That said, there are still a few small details you’ll want to keep in mind, especially when it comes to limits and how withdrawals work for different VIP levels.

Where to Check Payment Options

One thing I’ve noticed with NovaForge LTD casinos (besides their habit of overloading the bonus section) is that they always tuck a payments page into the footer.

Usually, on their other sites, you’ll find a dropdown where you can pick your country and see all the payment options laid out by currency and method. But here, it’s done a little differently. Instead of letting you choose, it just shows you the methods available based on your location, probably pulled from your IP. It’s simple and gets the job done, but I kind of miss having that dropdown option.

VIP Withdrawal Limits

You might’ve noticed I didn’t list the maximum withdrawal amounts in the table above. That’s because they don’t really tell the full story. Even though some payment methods allow for big withdrawals per transaction (sometimes up to €5,000), Sportaza limits what you can actually withdraw based on your VIP level.

So those big limits don’t matter much if the casino itself is holding you to smaller daily and monthly caps.

I find this a bit restrictive. Even if you score a nice win, you’ll end up waiting if it’s over those daily caps. It’s probably fine for smaller cash-outs, but for bigger withdrawals, it can feel like the brakes are on.

The Stuff Hidden in the Terms and Conditions

I always think the best way to really understand a casino is to go through the terms. You can do that here in Section 6: Account Balance, Depositing, and Withdrawing Funds. Here’s what stood out to me:

Deposits Come with Rules

When you make a deposit, you’re agreeing that they can deduct any fines or charges connected to your account if needed. Also, reversing deposits or attempting chargebacks? Forget it because they’ll hit you with extra fees if you try.

Refunds Are Rare

They’ll only consider a refund if there’s a technical issue, and even then, you need to contact support within 24 hours. On top of that, they won’t even process it until you’ve sent in your ID and proof of address. Ignore that request for 30 days, and your account will be shut down, with any remaining balance gone.

Credit Card Quirks

If you’re depositing with a credit card, any withdrawals might end up being processed as refunds back to that same card. If they think something looks off, they’ll refund the money and report it.

Rollover Requirements

There’s a one-time rollover rule that you need to wager your deposit amount at least once before you can cash out. If you don’t, they can cancel your winnings and charge a 10% fee (or 15% if it was a bank transfer or card deposit).

Withdrawal Timelines

Withdrawals take up to three business days to process, and you can only have three pending requests at once. Their financial team works Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM GMT.

Inactivity Penalties

If your account sits untouched for 180 days, they start charging €5 a month until your balance hits zero. I think this is definitely something to keep in mind if you plan to take a break.

Conclusion

I would say that managing your payments on here is pretty easy for the most part. Deposits go through without much trouble, and most of the common methods are available. That said, the withdrawal side has a few quirks. Compared to some of the other NovaForge sites I’ve tried, Sportaza feels a little more stripped down in how it shows payment info, but not in a bad way. I mean, the essentials are there, and everything works as expected. It’s just different.

The only thing to really keep in mind is that the daily and monthly withdrawal limits can feel restrictive if you’re planning to cash out bigger amounts. But if you’re someone who keeps things “modest,” I think it’s probably not going to be an issue.
