Looking into the Payments

Payments here are mostly fine, but there are a few things that could be better. I think the selection covers all the essentials, but some details are missing. Limits aren’t as clearly listed as I’d like, and a few policies feel a bit restrictive. It’s functional, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

    Payments Page

You guys know I am a fan of dedicated payment pages in online casinos. I always appreciate it when a casino has them because it makes things easier to find and saves time digging through the terms and conditions. Sushi Casino does have one, which is great, but it’s not quite as detailed as I’d like.

The page lists available payment methods by country and currency, along with fees and processing times, but that’s about it. There’s no mention of minimum or maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which seems like a big oversight. Instead, the casino simply claims that all methods have 0% fees and instant processing times. While that sounds great, I don’t feel like it tells the full story.

For one, payment providers themselves may charge their own fees, and the casino doesn’t make that clear. A separate page dedicated to payments should give players complete information and not just a vague statement about “no fees” while skipping over crucial details like transaction limits.

    Sushi Casino Deposit Methods

    Deposit Limits

I had to dig through the terms and conditions to find any real information about deposit limits. The minimum deposit is €10, which is low enough to be accessible for most players. However, there’s no clear information on maximum deposit limits, which (in my opinion) feels like an unnecessary omission.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the casino’s internal operating currency is EUR. If you deposit using a different currency, the amount deducted might be slightly higher than expected due to currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider. The casino itself doesn’t charge a conversion fee, but your bank or e-wallet might.

All deposits come with mandatory wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn:

    • Slots: Must be wagered 3x
    • Table Games: Must be wagered 10x
    • Sports Betting: Must be wagered 1x at minimum odds of 1.50

This means that if you deposit €100 and play slots, you’ll need to place at least €300 worth of bets before requesting a withdrawal. For table games, that number jumps to €1,000, which is really, really steep.

    Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is €10, which is standard. As for maximum withdrawal limits, here’s how they’re structured based on VIP level:

VIP Level Daily Limit Weekly Limit Monthly Limit
    Default €600 €3,000 €12,000
    Level 1-2 €700 €3,500 €14,000
    Level 3-4 €1,000 €5,000 €20,000
    Level 5 €2,000 €10,000 €40,000

These limits are fairly common, though the default cap of €600 per day is on the lower side compared to other casinos. Higher withdrawal limits are available, but only for VIP players, which means regular players might feel a bit restricted.

The withdrawal process may take longer for large wins (€5,000+) or jackpot payouts. The casino requires additional verification in these cases, sometimes involving third-party providers to confirm the win before approving the payout.

    Sushi Casino Withdrawal Methods

    Withdrawal Verification

Like most online casinos, Sushi Casino requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. The rules are fairly standard, but I think it’s good to know what to expect. One thing I noticed is that withdrawals must be sent using the same payment method for deposits (whenever possible). If the original method doesn’t support withdrawals, an alternative will be arranged.

Before approving a withdrawal, the casino requires identity verification, which includes submitting the following:

    Required Document Details
Selfie with ID A selfie holding an official ID (passport, ID card, or another government-issued document).
Photo of ID A clear photo of the same document showing the page with your photo.
    Photo of Bank Card

    (if applicable)

If a deposit was made using a bank card, a front and back photo must be provided.

Note: The third option is a photo of your bank card. Now, no one wants to send their full card info to a casino, and thankfully, Sushi doesn’t ask for that. Only the first six and last four digits should be visible, while the rest of the numbers and the CVV code must be hidden. If the card has embossed numbers, the same digits must be covered on both sides.

    Processing Times

Withdrawals aren’t processed on weekends, so if you request a withdrawal late on a Friday, expect to wait until at least Monday for approval.

    • Approval time: Up to 72 hours from the moment the request is made.
    • Maximum processing time: 7 business days if additional checks are needed.

If further verification is required, processing may take longer. This is especially true for large wins, where the casino might involve third-party providers to verify the payout before releasing the funds.

    Sushi Casino Customer Support

    Refund Policy

Refunds at Sushi Casino are only available under specific conditions, and the process isn’t exactly flexible.

    • A refund request must be made within 24 hours of the deposit or within 30 days if
      claiming unauthorized account access.
    • Refunds take up to 72 hours to be approved, but this can be extended if additional
      checks are needed.
    • If a deposit has already been wagered (including bonus funds), it cannot be refunded.
    • If the refunded amount is less than the minimum allowed by the payment provider, the
casino has the right to deny the request.
    • Credit card withdrawals may be processed as refunds up to the total deposit amount,
with excess amounts paid through alternative methods.

The policy also mentions that if a technical or human error results in an incorrect credit to your account, the casino can reclaim those funds. If you withdraw winnings that weren’t actually yours due to an error, the casino may demand repayment.
